I was wondering if you need to blanche it before you freeze it? My dd loves it but I'm not so keen so to take just a little out of the freezer would be ideal.

Nothing surprises my lot! they pass through the kitchen without blinking an eye. I think the trait is being passed on as well, last year in college my son took to drying his "spare" pasta on a radiator airer :-) his landlady thought he was nuts!!! she couldnt figure out what it was0

NEED THIS BY TEATIME, 5PM TODAY ! I had a recipe for broccoli where you steamed it then mixed up cream or fromage frais and cheese and poured it over then baked it in the oven. I HAVE LOSTIT ! (totally
) Can anybody tell me it before 5 o'clock ??? 0 -
I should think if you steamed it, put it in a shallow baking dish, poured over some cream or crème fraîche, sprinkled it liberally with grated cheese and put it under a hot grill till bubbling and brown at the edges it will be delicious.
A squeeze of lemon over the broccoli, and maybe a crushed garlic clove mixed in with it would be good too. Don't forget black pepper;)0 -
 sounds absolutely delicious and, of course, a bit more 'colourful on the plate' than plain old 'cauliflower cheese'. Suppose you could use a mixture of both broccoli and cauli too
