I like making Linda McCartney's recipe for Broccoli and goats cheese flan.
Basically a quiche with Broccoli, onion and goats cheese. Delicious.;)

Thanks guys - I like the soy sauce-Chinese flavouring ideas.
Should have mentioned anything with eggs, pinenuts and peanuts is no go as dd is allergic to them.0 -
broccoli tempura? light batter made with flour and soda water to single cream consistency, dip in par-steamed broccoli (can use other veg too) and then fry till crisp and golden
broccoli and stilton soup :drool:

thanks for all the ideas...brocolli is something i always seem to buy and recently i had to admit to myself that none of us like it - not even me! so there's one sad and lonely brocolli in my fridge needing using upweaving through the chaos...0

Ooooops, was going to suggest quiche, or topped with toasted pinenuts
Great in soup.
Alternatively, try this older thread - broccoli.

I do, so long as it isnt mouldy! if you dont fancy the yellowy bits give it a haircut with a pair of kitchen scissors :-)
