The Hampers contained different items from the photo, (Actually most better quality product, looks like they had just thrown stuff in to make the wieghts up!)

And all for Free!

Update - DHL eventually answered the phone (I know they will be busy) and arranged delivery for the same time tomorrow. OH admitted to actually being in the 'bathroom' when doorbell went, so I'm slightly less annoyed with him for not answering the door

I Ordered 4 Hampers, They all contained a slight variation on what should have been in them, looks like subsitiutions to make the wieght up.

When I phoned yesterday I was told it was being sent last night,nothing in account this morning so I rang again and was told it is waiting for the courier to pick up and it has been replaced by 2 corporate chocolate hampers

My Winter Wonderland hamper has arrived, the 3 Santa and Reindeer figures are smashed to smithereens, they were packed securely so I'm doubtful all that damage was caused in transit, they must have been broken when they were sent out. However, I think it's v good value for £30, I love the box especially. I'm glad they ignored my cancellation email!
Edit: have just added up what it would have cost to buy the contents online at the price they are today and it comes to £140, so even allowing for inflated prices, i think it's a good deal. The mint collection was substituted with something else, which is lucky as I still have some of those left from the last glitch!

Mine just arrived and I have to say im pretty happy. Got a hamper thats pretty similar to the winter wonderland perhaps slighty less quantity but a little more quality, there was a £90 hamper called christmas treats or something, think its that. Aswell as 2 continental cascades all for £28. There must be £200+ worth of chocolate altogether.

I am delighted to say mine has arrived too and thats without any email, correspondance or phone calls to customer service.
