I received my despatch e-mail at 6am thismorning - I spoke to their CS yesterday afternoon and they said it will be delivered tomorrow. The WW hamper was replaced by two Chocholics hampers.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -
I got a despatch email 7pm last night, even though I had emailed them to cancel the order yesterday afternoon. I have had no email about the contents being different from the original Winter Wonderland so really not sure what to expect - all I know is that I definitely don't want all that chocolate lying around shouting 'EAT ME!'0

no parcel arrived here yesterday (promised due date). or email explanation. Paypal dispute opened. Will escalate to claim if no show today. Very suspicious of this deal now, does seem like what someone earlier in the thread deemed sharp practice. Would welcome an explanation all round from a Thorntons rep. Have we been stitched up?0

Mine's just arrived. Ordered on 21st - so fantastic service, except that Santa and the Reindeer have been smashed to bits, they also substituted a couple of items - no mint collection or fudge. Not bothered though really, so thanks to op.0

I ordered Tuesday early morning, money taken from debit card. Paid next day delivery so hoping it arrives today, tried cs yesterday no reply, hanging on for ages. I can't seem to be able to log onto my account, so can't check status. On my confirmation e-mail it gives a phone number, may try again later x0

I ordered one of the hampers on 21st December at 2am. Yesterday 2 hampers arrived corporate chocoholic ones - they are in gorgeous gift boxes which I will reuse for my cake decorating stuff -they will look lovely on the top of my kitchen shelves. I am delighted that Thorntons managed to deliver next day as we have loads of snow here in Lancashire I am still awaiting orders from 2 weeks ago from suppliers like HMV n Play.com and now they are using the snow as an excuse.
Well done Thorntons and thanks for honouring this glitch - I honestly thought we would all get emails saying that the price error would not be honoured.
Big massive thanks OP - the family and I now have loads of delicious Thorntons goodies to share over Christmas & New Year for a bargain price of £32 less £ 3.84 quidco
Hope everyone else gets their goodies before Christmas xRemember is nice to be important but more important to be nice0 -

someone on HUKD posted the contents list and individual prices as follows.
Contents (thanks to aliandk)
Milk Classics 630g =12.99
3 x Choc Bauble- 3x69p = 2.07
3x champagne bauble- 3x69p = 2.07
3x orange bauble- 3x69p = 2.07
1x milk choc reindeer = 6.49
1x choc santa = 6.49
1x choc snowman = 6.49
Assorted special toffee = 4.99
Chocolate Selection 456g =10.00
Mint Collection 322g =10.00
Metropolitan 373g =10.99
Assorted Fudge carton 380g = 4.99
Chocolate Covered Brazil Nuts = 6.50
Continental Viennese bag = 2.99
Continental Bag 100g = 2.99
Milk, White and Dark Continental 550g = 15.99
Total = £108.08......
I love these prices invented by Thorntons to make the 'hamper' (they mean box, really) seem worth the money.
Particularly the £6.49 for chocolate figures that cost not much more than a pound elsewhere, and the £10 for the Mint Collection that Thorntons have been selling online for £2.50.
Then there's the 'chocolate selection' at £10 for 456 gms, which Tesco have been selling at £6 for 621 gms.
Even the expensive Continental (£15.99 for 550gm) have been selling on the Thorntons site in the last few days recently at 'only' £35 for 2485 gms.
What an absolute con!0
