    Yay for your DD Penpen!!
Crafty - I have a wonderful image of you half in and half out a window waving a broomstick around - please be careful.

Ooooo people have cards - must remember to keep being nice to mr postman and hope he brings me some. He didn't get here till 1.45 today which is about 2 hours later than normal so the poor chappy must be ever so busy. He did bring me a nice new pipe for my dryer today though.. I know how to have fun..:rotfl:.

    Jobs List...

    Monday Mayhem..
[STRIKE]Clean the oven and hob ready for your feast!
    Dust round the whole downstairs
do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs[/STRIKE]

    Tuesday - Time's nearly up!!!

[STRIKE]Vacuum through downstairs.. and the stairs! [/STRIKE]
    Mop the kitchen floor!
Have a skim through the TV guide and decide what you want to watch.. it saves missing bits of stuff if you know what is on and when!! Don't forget to make time for Queenie!

    Wednesday Mayhem..
Make sure you have all the shopping you need to take you through to next week.. milk and bread especially! - Being delivered this afternoon
    mop the kitchen
    mop the bathroom/s and loo's
Clean the bath and shower and loo!
Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too.

Home is now looking most respectable. Have also filled in my medical assesment form for ESA and taken a copy and gave it to mr postman. I am now taking a break from study.

My last OU assignment grade was a bit lower than I had hoped as I missed something out (STUPID) unfortunately it has knocked my confidence a bit so am finding it hard to feel happy with my work right now. I am working on creating pages of notes in a random brainstorm way and hope that will help. Its a start at least.

Dads just been over for an egg so mum is making mince pies and sausage rolls so *fingers crossed* when asda man comes I shall get some goodies from her too. (She will come over to collect her shopping).

Most peculiar weather here, had a snow covering this morning, then sun, then dull, then sun, then snow, then sun and now it looks like a bit of rain, snow and half dull half sun sky.

    Ok, enough procrastinating..More study

    xx

I've had unexpected visitors so nothing been done since my last HHC. I've also got to pick up a prescription for my mate so that will be a job for when the dvd finishes that the kids are watching. I also want a bath before I go out tonight so I'd better do something.

Wandering in quietly - sorry I've been AWOL. Mixture of not being well physically and mentally. Am getting there slowly, just trying to remember to not do too much otherwise this flu/cold knocks me back again. I just want it to go away, it's been here for a month now and that is a month too long. But I do believe I have turned a corner - just need to get my motivation back :)

Have been keeping up with my Christmas challenge though, although you wouldn't know it by looking at the house. Luckily it is all surface stuff and once put away it will look normal. How has everyone else been doing with the challenge?

Was supposed to be going to Inlaws for Christmas, but as the snow has put paid to that, and more snow is forecast for Kent tomorrow, DH and I are now having Christmas at home. Luckily I had a contigency plan on the side lines which I was quite pleased about. So a turkey crown has already been brought and is in the freezer - luckily you can cook it from frozen :) I have enough fruit and veg, delivered from the veggie man, to feed an army - but it has to last a fortnight till my next veg delivery. Have provisionally written my shopping list on Asda, with prices, so all I have to do is print it off and go shopping :)

Lots of hugs for Mr and Mrs Lamewolf..

Now I just need to get back into the swing of things and get off the sofa and get dressed. I need to go to Asda to start on the Christmas shopping and buy a couple of extra presents for tomorrows meet up with "The Thursday Girls" to swap our Secret Santa pressies.

Love and hugs to everyone, especially Toots and LL.
Belated birthday wishes to those that have had birthdays, sorry if I forgot anyone.

PP - did she go with l'bro in the end?

Sadly, no :o After looking around at lots of places, she's finally decided to apply for costume design (she fancies period dramas :) ). Loughborough was a Textiles Design course. Costume is difficault to get into, but the job prospects for graduates are excellent, and she has a great eye for design and colour, and loves watching things such as Downton Abbey ;)

Fingers crossed she gets in, but we can now relax, at least until interview time :o
