Next VIP slots 2010

12 of my items were in stock the rest were either 2-4 week or 3-5 week delivery so I guess I won't get half of those! With regards to their sizing I find I am not always the same size either I have the same jeans in 2 colours one size 8 and one 10 and its the same with shoes, I can be 35/36/37, I have ordered a pair of shoes in 2 sizes but taken a chance on the clothes and just ordered the one size, glad I have done that now as I didn't realise returns count against you!

what is this returns thing people are talking about, as I order in two sizes for some things as if next were ACTUALLY consistent with there sizing i would n't need to but unforntunately they arent and i vary in sizing.... And my huby has fat feet , he'll hate me for saying that !

No invite for me this year so looks like I'll be braving the cold on Sunday morning in the -12C temps we are getting! Will be worth it though

Bought 2 pairs of the same jeans in the summer sale, same size, colur etc and also item codes but they were two totally different sizes despite supposedly being identical. Why should people be penalised for Next's quality control errors?

I thought I'd jus let u guys no dat it's not true that u have to meet the criteria to get a VIP pass as iv never ordered anything from next online and iv not had a next directory book either and I have had a VIP pass all I did was sign up to emails.

Yep I agree with that totally. I had the same things except my jeans were differnt colours. One pair wouldn't go above my thighs and the other pair would pull down without undoing the zips. Both a size 10? Not sure how that works. I used to beable to walk into next pick up a size 10 and it would fit. Now it really varies. Shame really.

Hi everyone

Just wanted to let you know that, having made a few orders last night and receiving multiple delivery charges, I emailed customer services and asked if they would possibly merge the charges...............I've just had an email from them to say they have done this and I will only be charged once!!

Could anyone tell me exactly when the sale started?
I booked my slot for 2pm today and looked at the preview yesterday morning and screenshotted all the items I was wanting to buy so I could order quickly today.
I look last night to confirm with my hubby that he would like the items I chose for him and most of them were no longer there. This was at 9pm last night!
