Sorry it doesn't give the email address, just drop down tabs to click your enquiry type and then fill in details.

I just tied the contact me link and it works fine. Have you tried with a different internet browser, I find that internet explorer/mozilla work on different sites.

Placed order for several items, some of which dispatched, however one item moved from reserved items to my statement was charged, statement received, yet no item, no dispatch notice to say it had been sent, so I phoned Next weekend to ask where my item was, as my statement includes item not received, and was told that a request had been sent to the warehouse for the item to be dispatched so i said oh the item will be coming will it she said oh i dont know, get home today and get an email from next saying confirmation of return !!!!!!!! This item has never been sent out, tried ringing but cant get through to be honest cant be bothered to ring again and waste money, next are clearly incompetent !!!
