I think you must have read my mind. I have just signed up for a next account so I can get the VIP slots for the sale!!! Will be keeping an eye out though for these!!!

Have you noticed that the banner reads "most sale items half price"?

Wasn't the last sale ALL items half price or less?

Youll be very lucky to get a slot as a new customer, normally you have to have been with them a while and spent on the last seasons catologue, i had an account 4 years before we stsrted getting vip slots.

has anyone tried phoning to ask when the slots are? I called and was told that they do not yet have a date(don't believe them!!!!) In the past i have had a nice person who told me when the sale was starting and when the e-mails were going out. One year i was told that i had been chosen and to look out for the emails in the next few days.....worth a try now i think

I'm not going to bother this year.

Last year I ordered about 12 items in the VIP sale online at ridiculous o'clock in the morning. The items then started arriving piecemeal in deliveries of 1 or 2 items for a number of weeks. I was waiting for ages for aged for a pair of suit trousers to match a jacket that had arrived a few weeks earlier (same order!), then I got the email saying they were out of stock. By then it was too late to return the jacket. GRRRRR. A number of other items were also cancelled. The last item was cancelled in March!

This year I will fight the crowds - if it's in my hands in the shop then at least I know I will get it!
