Next VIP slots 2010

am I the only one hoping I don't get a slot this year?
I always end up spending loads an loads when I get the vip sale well it would be rude not too lol

Oh no! That's not so good - that's one of the big pluses of the Next sale - the fact that everything is +50% off. Hope it's a mistake (doubt it!)!

lol!! me too!!

I've only ever had a couple but always want homeware stuff... when it gets to my slot (which is normally the third slot or later ) and I get to order, all the homeware things I want are sold out

So then I go into a mad one ordering clothes... (my way of thinking is "well if I've got a slot, I can't not order ANYTHING!!" so I turn into something possessed finding anything in my size I half like the look of before my slot expires!) so it's a case of "mmmm, I'll order that .. just to see what it's like"... and then it ends up costing me a fortune!

Ha ha - I lol'd at that - toooo many times I've spent hundreds of pounds in the Next sale! And normally that "I'll probably send back" purchase never gets sent back !

got a text this morning asking me to register online for vip slot then got a text a few hours later saying sorry site not ready yet had been sent in error but would be ready soon !!!!!!

I just placed an order and it definately states on the confirmation page that a condition of a VIP slot is having a directory. I'm not impressed as mine are cluttering up the utility room (they have sent me 4 of the same one now). I can't say I'm that bothered about the sale now. I've tried to order some things for me and everything I want is out of stock in a size 8 to a size 14. Ah well like everyone else I'll find something to order that will hang in my wardrobe for a year then go on ebay. I am a numpty when it comes to bargains and have to have them all.

I think everything will be half price or less, if you read the conditions it says what it won't include in the half price sale and that's stuff from their bathroom, flooring, kitchens etc

I wonder if I can be cheeky and ask if anyone who does have the VIP status could send me an invite please when they come out? The kids need new clothes and although we do have an account, I haven't ordered from them for a while and we don;t get the directory so we won't get an invite.

I'm afraid itdoesnt work like that. Ur invite is linked to ur account so whatever u order goes to ur account so u would need a close friend or someone who is willing to order on their account Under their VIP invite and then u pay them. The online sale opens to the public same day as the shop sale, then u can order under ur name. Someone will post the link to the sale so u can VIEW what's on sale but unless ur actual account gets an invite you'll have to wait til it goes live to the general public. U can't order early on the VIP sale unless ur account gets an invite. Hope that explains
