my statement is usually dated around the 5th of the month, but it seems since November my statement date has changed to 26th of the month, meaning everything i ordered in the VIP sale has now fallen into last months statement, even though i havent received the items yet, due to no deliveries over the christmas period

usually by the time my statement is due, i have received the majority of my order, and have been able to process the returns, so i dont have such a large balance to clear - sneaky or what

so if i clear my balance and then return lots of stuff, what are next like at paying back overpayments?

Me too..... the strange thing is I recieved 1 homeware parcel on 24/12 which is showing as recent items (not charged yet) and £185 worth of items on a statement (charged) that I assume I will receive the items tomorrow! ??
Has anyone had an explaination from Next yet?

Woohoo my lovely courier turned up today with nearly all my Next order. Bless him, he unloaded it all and didn't even check to see if I was in. Good job I was as there were 10 bags full. He then said I've also got your Debenhams order and rushed back to the car:j

Spent a lovely afternoon with the kids trying things on, DS is quite fussy what he wears (only 7:eek:) and fortunately he loves his new tracksuits. Also got some toys for DD's birthday. Not as much as I thought is going back. Very pleased.

Also as a brucie bonus, I'd emailed Next to ask if they would just charge me the once for delivery and they emailed back (on Christmas day!) to say yes thats ok, then later in the day another email to say as its Christmas they weren't charging me at all for delivery:T

Well I am throughly confused now.
I checked the site last night and it was showing the Ben 10 pj's in stock in size 6 so I ordered them and it offered me store collection so I did that to avoid postage costs but today I have noticed that my confirmation e-mail says the item will be ready to collect on sat 30th dec??? The 30th is Thursday! Do you think I should call them to confirm before going to collect?
I also had an e-mail about my previous order saying items had been dispatched, including two t-shirts which I have already had an e-mail about, saying they are out of stock and I won't be receiving them!
And as for the statement thing, my statement date has always been 24th so not been changed but I'm annoyed that because of my large order (which I haven't received any of yet) my minimum payment is now £40!!! I mean, what if everything was unsuitable?!! Unlikely, I know, I plan on keeping most, if not all, as it's for the whole family but they don't know that!!

Is anyone still waiting for sale stuff to be delivered? Despite getting numerous mails saying different bits of my order are on their way to me i still haven't received a single package. And to make it all the more annoying someone just dropped off the new catalogue today. I would like my bits please!!!

I haven't received a single package either despite my tracking info saying that three parcels were delivered to my courier yesterday and the other one today. I haven't even received the new Directory yet. I would like my bits too!!!

I've received (and since returned) precisely one item so far. I got a statement in the other day and it had over £400 worth of goods which I haven't received on it. I called to complain but was told these were on their way. However the girl did say if the items haven't arrived by mid January (when my next payment is due) to call back and get my statement amended.

The worst of it is all the items "on their way" are for my sister, not me! None of my items are even close to dispatching.:mad: Still I suppose if I get nothing that's very MSE :rotfl:

This is exactly what's happened to me today, new directory left but no parcels, even though I have now recieved e-mails regarding all of my items saying they are on their way!
They didn't even knock, just left the catalogue on the doorstep and put the envelope through the door.

I got a couple of pieces today but I still have a load waiting shipment. Quite annoying that it was all in stock when I ordered it and they don't mind taking my money to pay for it all.

I had 3 items delivered today, that was the first delivery I've had. Ordered quite a few other things, most of which were in stock

I had stuff yesterday that said 'out for delivery' when I tracked it but only my daughters toys turned up, none of my stuff! Very frustrating!
