its up to the local couriers, when they deliver. if they think people are more likely to be at home, due to the additional b/h, then they may well deliver on those days, rather than wait til wednesday.

if you have something coming straight from the warehouse, those deliveries dont tend to resume until the new year

Does anyone know if there's a way to access the normal Next website at the moment please?
My son was given some Ben 10 pj's but they are too small and I want to find out if they are in the sale now or not but searching ben 10 only comes up with two results, so either the pj's were in the sale and have sold out or they weren't in the sale at all but I can't access any full price items at the moment!
If they are in the sale, I'm going to have to go in early tomorrow to try and get him the right size as he's loves them!!

I would give them a ring and they will be able to tell you.

the item should have its product number on the size tag. key this into 'quickshop' and you can see if there is stock still available. tbh there werent many pjs in the sale in, so im assuming either they all sold out before christmas or werent added to the sale

actually just searched for them, and they are instock in the sale online in ages 3, 10 and 11

however, your prob already in the throng at a Next store now, so a bit too late lol

has anyone else found their statement date has changed in the last month? maybe in prep for the christmas sale?

my statement is usually dated around the 5th of the month, but it seems since November my statement date has changed to 26th of the month, meaning everything i ordered in the VIP sale has now fallen into last months statement, even though i havent received the items yet, due to no deliveries over the christmas period

usually by the time my statement is due, i have received the majority of my order, and have been able to process the returns, so i dont have such a large balance to clear - sneaky or what

so if i clear my balance and then return lots of stuff, what are next like at paying back overpayments?

My statement date has changed too. As it has to be paid by 19 Jan, I am assuming that the items invoiced, which are already in transit, will have been returned and re-credited to my a/c by then if I'm not keeping them. They are normally quite quick at processing returns, so I do not intend to pay for items I have returned. Will have to make sure I am organised, do a quick turn-around and do my maths properly!

Thank you, I did a search and the ones I have are only available in age 9 now, I would need age 5.
I didn't bother going to the store, didn't want to drag the kids round a packed Next store!!
Have told him he can choose new ones next time we go there instead!

I noticed this today too and have emailed customer services as I dont think its right they are charging me for items I have not even received yet and may not even want. At least 3 quarters of the stuff they are charging me for I have not received. Only had a few packages today and loads left to come.

Looks like I will be paying min payment only if they dont correct this.
