Could anyone tell me exactly when the sale started?
I booked my slot for 2pm today and looked at the preview yesterday morning and screenshotted all the items I was wanting to buy so I could order quickly today.
I look last night to confirm with my hubby that he would like the items I chose for him and most of them were no longer there. This was at 9pm last night!

Never mind, I've read through the rest of the post and can see it started yesterday.
Probably nothing left from my list by the time i get my slot.

I also have a slot at 2 p.m. today - just had a look through and most of the stuff i wanted is gone already
Still about 10 items i would like - think i will use quick shop though.
Do you experts make your list just before your slot time begins? what is the best way to get the items you like, i have not used quick shop before...

same here 3/4 of the stuff i wanted is now gone not sure if ill bother as got to do it at work sneakily

i had a slot last night but went on about 3 times so the stuff wouldnt go out of stock before checkout, yet i hyave just been on to my account and half of the stuff i ordered is not there, i have only had 2 confermation emails instead of 4. has this happened to anybody else??

Just logged on and there's a despatch e-mail already plus an option to book another slot tonight (not that I want anything else). Seems rather unfair to give out second slots before others have had any.

The returns thing im talking about. I didnt get a vip slot, which i thought was fair enough, just unlucky. Then i get an email saying i was ineligible for a slot and that as such they would stop sending me the directories. I rang up CS to query this and find out why they were saying my account was ineligible for a slot. They said did i make a fair amount of returns, i said yes i probably had made a fair few in the past few months and they said my account was showing at least 65% of the stuff i ordered had been returned. I didnt ask what time period this related to, im assuming it was between the last sale and this one. Like i say i really wasnt fussed not to get a vip slot for this sale as there isnt much i actually wanted to get.
I should have pointed out over the phone the reason for the returned goods is largely due to the inconsistent sizing they seem to have on the younger boys clothes this season. I always buy my little boys clothes from Next, have done since he was tiny, so would have thought the sizing would be the same year on year, but as i have already said it hasnt been this year. Im completely baffled as to what size to actually buy him as there seems little or no difference between last years 3-4 year old stuff and this years 4-5 year old and 5-6 year old stuff. He only turned 4 in August, but is fairly tall for his age. I have commented each time i returned stuff about the sizing being a fair bit smaller than last season and it fell on deaf ears. Guess i will have to start looking for his clothes elsewhere which is a real shame as Next stuff washes and wears really well and ive never had any issues with their clothes before now.

Hi. I also got vip slot from 2pm today. Now all the stuff I wanted for my little boy is gone.Nothing nice left.pheeee.it's so pity.:(

I have 11 items on 2-4 week delay is there any chance I might get these or is it not worth getting my hopes up?? Will look for the bits on Monday in the stores but some of them toys so doubt they will be there will have to double buy if lucky enough to find them

i wanted around 15 things - jeans and tops for my 2 boys. not one item in stock - my slot was 6am this morning. could really have done with them being in stock this year - both boys are growing so fast and costing a fortune in clothes (age 3 and 6).

I agree with funny sizing for age 5-6, I've just had to order age 7 for my 5 1/2 year old boy. That's in tops. not that there was much left.
