Next VIP slots 2010

My SIL has a slot at 9pm, & is letting me on at 9:30. I've got my list ready! Lol! My son is 2 in January, & i'm now stocking up on age 3-4 stuff!

I received the email saying i didnt meet all the criteria, which i thought i did. Just rang customer services and found out because i had made more than 65% returns they felt i didnt fit the criteria for the vip slot. Which is fair enough, at least i know now why i didnt get a slot. Might be worth giving them a call to see what they say as to why you didnt meet the criteria. They were going to stop sending me the directories, but i have said that i do still want to get them

I'm sure I must meet the 65% of returns. Well I will this week I realised I was going to get a VIP slot and all the stuff I ordered was in the sale. I sent it all back and have managed to re-order at half the price

Also ordered some home bits which will be nice to have.

A few bits that OH wanted were OOS but I just swaped them with something else, he's easy to please.

I thought the site worked well and wasn't too slow. I did 2 orders so hopefully I can get one delivery charge refunded.

i have only probably ever returned 1% of the stuff i order, as i find their stuff terrific and just love it, even in the sales i still managed to keep 99.9% of it all.

I must be the only one experiencing problems cant even access the sale , some very nice man at customer service tried to help clearing web history and enabling cookies but still no joy , ended up doing it on line took ages but well worth it xx

If there is a ceiling on limits for return, then good. So many VIP'S go crazy and end up returning it all as they went OTT. All the while other people could of had that chance.

It went well tonight. I got lots :j

No you're not, I've had and am still having a nightmare. Initially I had to order through CS as all items were showing at full price, and now I'm browsing and things keep going missing out of my shopping basket, or they're full price!! Never had a problem before, and the site is working fantastically, no slow downs! I've obviously had it too good in the past:rotfl:

i know what you mean lots of people end up ordering tons of stuff in all different sizes and then end up sending it back i find this annoying as i know what size i am in next so dont need to order a selection of sizes and then this stops over people being able to order it.

ive always had problems with the site in the past and usually give up , thinking i will save my pennies , but was determined to sort it this time . got to say customer service were very polite and helpful 10/10

I absolutely agree, if you're getting a VIP slot then surely you've shopped with Next long enough to know what size you need! Also haven't there been people who buy in the VIP sale and sell stuff on ebay in the past (not me!) I think that everyone should have a fair go.
