Those of you who have or are phoning customer services about multiple deliver costs, what are you saying?

after placing my order i have looked at my recent account activity and a few items including furniture items i really wanted are not showing up but i recieved an email confirmation to say its been ordered.
should i hang tight and see if it appears on my account activity tommorrow or re-order whilst i have the chance?

anyone else been through this before? thanks

Nightmare 7.30pm slot! Logged in every which way and it was still showing full price! Ended up phoning customer services and once they'd checked my VIP slot they took my order over the phone (albeit slowly!) Got most of what I wanted, but even items showing in stock on line she said were oos!!! OK imminent breakdown over!

I have to agree with previous msg - thread is very quiet tonight where are you Next junkies???

I had to do my order when I got back from work. I was expecting to have to ring up & complain the site wouldn't work, but no problems at all. Well done Next I reckon they cracked it this time lol.

i got my first order in about 2 min to 6pm, the email confirmation that has come through to my yahoo email shows 17:59 as being sent! then logged back in did 2 more orders and checked out by 6.11pm
