This was my first VIP slot and so I was feeling REALLY nervous having read all your comments! I had taken all your comments on board and had prepared a "first" and "second" list and just cut and pasted the codes in the quick search. Am pleased to say that everything I wanted was in stock...............some 38 items at a cost of almost £500.00. I had the time of my life ................. I hope everyone else is as lucky.

Had the 7.30 slot, only had 2 items left on my 'really want' list so ending up adding another load of stuff I wasn't to fussed about in my basket instead, this was the smallest VIP order I have ever done am tempted to go to the shop now although it was a nightmare in the summer when we went at 4.30am! At least the website didn't crash this time though so well done Next

Quite a few things out of stock, but nothing I was devestated about. The electronics sale made me laugh though - nowhere near half price on most decent items!

I just rang Next and said I'd put through 5 orders, would I have to oay delivery x 5? They said no, if they all show up on my invoice tomorrow to call and they will refund all bar one. :j

On the downside, a courier collected a parcel last week to return and they don't seem to have it so are sending me out a form to complete

does email confirmation mean that the stuff you've ordered is on its way or is it determined by what shows up on your recent activity account?

Logged on at 6pm, was really surprised to see the site still working properly, having experienced so many problems previously!!

I got my daughter everything she needs to last her till the Summer sale - very happy!!

Even got myself a few treats, including the dress, bag and shoes I've been lusting after since the catalogue was delivered!

Spent almost £300 but well worth it.

Don't forget, the items with a wait on them won't show up in your recent activity, but in your reserved items bit of your account instead. That's where some of my things with a delay have been put - it's only stuff they can deliver immediately in the Recent Activity.
