Hi Fishface,
Found this recipe for dill, onion and rye bread - guess you could leave out the dill and onion
This makes 2 loaves
10 fl oz water
2tbsp olive oil
100g rye flour
350g white bread flour
2 tbsp skimmed milk power
2 tbsp light muscovado sugar
1 tsp salt
1tsp dried yeast
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dill seeds
2 tbps dried onion slices
Use dough setting, add dill and onion during last 5 minutes of kneading, knock back and once it has risen, make slashes across the top and leave to stand for 10 mins. Bake for 20 mins at 220 or gas 7.
I haven't tried this, but hope it turns out okYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Yipee, got my sooper dooper breadmaker at last, MR were flooded so took a month to get here. Made a basic white, wee bit too salty for me. Has anyone tried Morrisons strong white flour? Down to 48p a bag so bought a couple to try. Thanks to posters for the great tips on this thread, long read and have to start again to find things again :rotfl:0

Does anyone want to buy my MR Fastbake - it's a waste of time trying to make Gluten Free bread for the OH with it.
I'm going to have to get the Panasonic.
Alternatively - does anyone have a recipe for gluten free bread that doesn't involve dairy products and will actually work in an MR Fast Bake?
Please?????0 -
