I received my kipling bag from Amazon Today, was ordered on 2nd December, free delivery..delivered today.,happy with that.
2 of my youngest daughters main christmas presents are from ASOS,GHD's and Pauls boutique bag....GHD's,ordered on the 3rd DEC,apparantly went into the hands of the courier today(hermes)..
Bag ordered on the 6th Dec has been "shipped"..whatever that means?..
in their defence ASOS Emailed me to say that delivery would not be when specified(today 13th),but they were aiming to get my order to me ASAP,and they would be refunding all P+P charges(tho i took free delivery option anyway)and as a way of an apology they have sent me a 10% discount code---which they were quick to add was for my personal use only and locked to my account....Do you think theyve noticed my liking for using shared discount codes.;)
im in the central region of Scotland(i think):o..ML8 area..Forecast is not looking good for near the end of this week,a repeat of last Mondays blizzard is forecast for Thursday(took OH,11.5 hours to drive a 1hr journey, and daughter was stuck on a (normaly)45min bus for almost 7hrs,ironicaly ive had an Email from Amazon promising delivery by Christmas if i order for free delivery by 18th Dec...dont think il risk it...everything here is still pur white..solid frost rather than snow just now tho,but i think my online ordering for this year is over(was gonna go for the 1/2price Thorntons hamper today, but weather forecast put me off)
PS,OH ordered a phone from Virgin Media on Friday, and it arrived today-from Sussex,to Glasgow,to here...so it doesnt look like the roads are a problem yet..perhaps the problem lies with delivery trucks/warehouses/distribution centres being full etc???Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)0 -
