Good stuff, let me know how it goes. :)

Well I did it...a 95degree cycle, took 2hrs. Then I put a load in, dark stuff - have just taken it out and hung on the airer but a few bits have brown marks on...it does brush off if I rub it, but really annoying - do you think I need to run another hot load? I had noticed recently that when doing a load of whites there would be a few brown marks on...had to rewash one of dd1's cream hoodies 3 times. The 3rd time I put it in a pillowcase to make sure it didn't get marks on. Never seen the marks quite so much as the last load though - typical!! Maybe I've just loosened all the grime in it?
I really need to sort out a new signature!

Uh:eek: I didn't think it could be related but after I did it a few things of mine dyed a kinda grey colour! I thought it must've been a rogue dark sock but I wonder if I also just loosened the grime! Oh no, how awful of me to give 'advice' when I'm clearly not much of a domestic goddess :p:o I hope I haven't inadvertently ruined any of your clothes btw! :o

I'd maybe try running it through again with no clothes in it (or is that a waste of electricity?!!)... :o

Got 9 things listed on e bay. Phew, exhausting work!

If they all sell I'd make £121.50 so fingers crossed a few of them sell at least.

Got 1 watcher already so quite happy about that.

Now I'll just sit back and hit refresh :o:p
  • Oh god no, nothing's ruined! Just needed a good brush to get it off...if it was on whites it's need rewashing. I'll look into it - it's probanly very mucky inside - it's not my machine, came with the house and as we moved in in June 2008 it's probably accumulated a lot of gunk as I've never cleaned it out:eek: I reckon I'll try another hot wash;)
I really need to sort out a new signature!
  • You reminded me about ebay too - so have just listed 5 things..nothing very exciting so will be impressed if it sells...but as it's free may as well give it a go:D

I know it's only the middle of Feb but I've been thinking about March's budget...

Paying off yoga course deposit :T and paying off my gorgeous new Dyson :p on top of everything else means I'll have £205 'spare'...

Sounds so doable right now, but got some plans:
    • Trip to friend's - travel paid but need £££ for food and drinks for the weekend and other travel while we're there
    • Pressie for friend
    • Other train tickets to buy
    • Wedding flowers preservation - dunno if £50 is enough but can't pay any more - might save £50 towards it next month and then be able to afford £100 in April...
...so probably about £50 for the month as 'pocket money' so that's £12.50 a week (4 weeks exactly between pay days). Eek :o

Will that all change when my e bay sales flood in? Fingers crossed. And can hopefully end this month in the black...

As I say every month, 'tis gonna be tight!!
