    After deliberating whether to move and now staying put I have OPd £250.00
    I am now through 68% of my target total this year £3400/£5000k :D

    I now need to OP £229 a month to keep on target.
    MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987
    EMFD was Feb 32 :eek: NOW Dec 2013 its Dec 2016
    MF new target Dec 16 REACHED!! :j

    May 2011: 3k overpayment, a total of 17.5k since January 2011.
    Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
    September 2016 - Back into clearing a mortgage - Was due to be paid off in 32 years in March 2047 -
    April 2018 down to 28.00 months vs 30.04 months at normal payment.
    Predicted mortgage clearing 03/2047 - now looking at 02/2045

    Aims: 1) To pay off mortgage within 20 years - 2037

    #217 with another £200 paid in, bringing May's OP total to £310.

    OP total is £1020/1500, or 68%.

  • No 148 here. Overpayment of £281 this month. Hope to add a little extra later on in the month but also might book a holiday so keeping my options open. When my payment of £90 comes off I will be sub £119,000! Wahoo!!

    No 173 reporting in - Google docs updates sent with individual month details, but have now OPd £3951 this year against target of £5k - 79% of target achieved to date - yeay! May look at upping target in a couple of months if it carries on going this well (although we're just getting a new main bathroom, new ensuite for Dd and new downstairs cloak done in a couple of months - so money is going elsewhere on the house!)
