LOL. Okay everyone speaks Welsh on this thread apart from me. Rwyf wrth fy modd Cymru (the bits I've been to) if that helps. Although if I had to say it out loud I would need 4 wine gums to attempt it.
It is funny how many welsh-speakers are on this thread! My teacher told us only about 20% of people in Wales speak Welsh and given the challenge is primarily UK but stretching all the way to New South Wales (canne do you speak Welsh too? ;)) it's pretty amazing. Is MFW a welsh thing??

As a matter of nerd-ish curiosity - can I ask those that keep spreadsheets if they have anything particularly special on their record/forecast. Here's my column headings - anyone with anything any different?
Mine is a lot less technical than yours (where's the "we are not worthy" smilie when you need it :D):
Month # (took out mortage in month 1, at the moment predicted to end in month 104, would love to trim that down to 100)
    Month e.g. January 2011
Minimum Payment (amount paid by DD, determined by mortgage provider)
Regular Overpayment (amount OP'd by SO)
    One-off overpayment (ad-hoc OPs)
Actual payment (total of minimum + SO + one-offs)
Interest (estimate of interest charged that month, doesn't consider length of month)
    Interest rate (mortgage rate)
Balance (outstanding balance after applying interest and payments)
Credit facility (OPs that I can get back, this is the default but I make capital repayments that I can't get back to reduce the term)
Interest without overpayments (interest charged assuming no overpayments)
    Balance without overpayments

I also have another sheet which takes the balances from the main sheet and it's sole purpose is so I can change the colours on cells to see the predicted MFD getting closer :rotfl:

Hats off to you, Arabic always sounded very very complicated (I can't speak a word :D)
