You are totally on my wavelength Blue Monkey!
Have offered to help and we are in touch by mobile-. Will let D get in touch when she wants and will be here and help as much as I can.
We will keep you all updated and ask for advice if that's ok.
I feel like the practical part of the wonderful advice you have all been offering, and very happy and priviledged to feel useful for once.
BM she tells me what a kind and lovely person you are/have been to her. The world needs more people like you. X0 -
Thank you. When you have been there yourself and can help then it's the best you can do. If I was nearer I'd be helping more.
Hope things go well with the family today D, do come and let us know.0 -
How are things going D?0

Very hectic! Started my new job and hours 2 weeks ago. Still finding it very scary, but will be worth it when the kids start school.
Childcare costs are sky high and tax credits are investigating me so a hold on payments.
Met with my solicitor last Wednesday - I am staying in the family home until youngest is 18, but not receiving csa payments.
I have texted juicyloo but no answer.0 -
I am glad you are hanging in there D, great to hear from you. All change then, he agreed to you staying in the home?? Great news.
What is the hold on payments? Is this because you are due more or for another reason?
How are YOU doing?
Thanks for posting an update.0 -

Nice too see you are doing ok. Pleased you are staying in the family home, I think it is good stability for the children.0 -
I called tax credits because a one off small payment was made to me on thursday - I assumed for my new higher childcare costs. I received my new award notice on saturday, but childcare total had not been changed - only my working hours had changed.
I called them on saturday to ask what this one off payment was for and to tell them that my childcare had not been changed on my new award.
The one off payment, I was told related to my change in hours, I asked about my childcare and was told that this had been passed to a different department to be investigated and would not be processed and that future payments to me will be reduced. I was given a tel no. to call for further details - have to wait until tomorrow for that office to be open. Strange!!
Yes he agreed to let us stay here as long as I cancelled csa payments. He had otherconditions but they are in the hands of my solicitor.0 -
havent heard from you for a while. hope all is ok with you and yours.xxx0

Hello all. I am fine.
Doing my new phlebotomist job now and kids are at nursery full time. Divorce papers filed, I think my problem has been sorted with tax credits.
I am just busy, busy, busy - which is a good thing as I don't get time to think.
As I said before - we get to stay in the house, until my youngest is 18 years old - yippee!! Maintenance payments (only ever received 1 and that had christmas presents deducted) have been cancelled now.
Looking to find myself a rich Doctor who loves cheeky toddlers and skip off into the sunset hand in hand.0
