How long is you post taking to arrive?

My new mail is coming through fine, my postman said they were still sorting out the parcels from the "bad weather" maybe each area is different?

My mail delivery centre ( we don't have sorting offices anymore) never answers the phone, so I wish anyone who tries to get through good luck. I'm also at a bit of a loss to see what they will do about a single item amongst the thousands they have there , but I'd never stop anyone attempting it if they have the time.

No hold up at all here, I did slip a day or two last week with some outgoing post, it seemed to be taking 3 days for 2nd class instead of 1 day as is fairly normal for me.

well i am still waiting for all 3 of my parcels from superdrug. the first was sent 24th nov, 1 dec and 3 dec. Not recieved any yet. I really needed the first one for this weekend so very dissapointed. nothing i can do whatso ever is there tho.

Find out if they use a courier or RM. Despite no having a touch of snow here at all (it all thawed last week) we apparently still have courier issues but RM never missed a days delivery. I'm due an urgent delivery from Home delivery netwrok that is guaranteed today yet apparently it is is still at the hub being sorted.

Last week I got so cross at couriers not delivering I even managed to persuade Goldsmiths to recall my jewellery items and resend them via RM and they arrived next day.

I've noticed stuff taking longer - and it is things sent end Nov/early Dec when it snowed heaviest that are taking the longest. But I am receiving deliveries daily, just suspect some stuff has never left its original destination. This applies to orders from Asda, Amazon, ebay sellers & my Radio Times subscription. Very frustrating. I thought I was so organised this year but am going to have to go out & buy stuff if the parcels don't arrive soon.

Yep I've spent the day sat in waiting for 2 different parcels, both guaranteed today - neither have turned up (yet!) and both still show as being at the central hub. Suppose there's still time...

Hi i have been in contact with superdrug and they were sent via RM. Superdrug just keep saying they have been delayed because of the snow . I think they have coming from surrey and am not sure how bad the snow is that end as we have none here in liverpool. I am trying to just wait it out. Apart from the stuff i needed for this weekend the rest if for christmas so it at least best be here by then.:o
