    Hi boultdj

It's horrible when that happens, but the weight gain could be caused by any number of reasons and hopefully will be gone again next week. I've put on 1lb since my weigh in on Monday despite sticking to 1200 cals exercising each day, I'm putting it down to the exercise and building up muscle. I'm determined to lose weight and won't let little set backs hinder me, it's a long road but we're all walking it together.

Keep motivated, keep dieting and exercise and you will get there.

Congrats Dragon!!! I am so chuffed for you, wayhey! :A:A:A

I have been very despondent the last few days so haven't posted here... I seem to be self-sabotaging by eating chocolate and lots of it. I have finally binned the last of the biscuits in the house this morning... but came home this evening and had such a craving for a biscuit, argh. I was even going to go to the shop to get some more!! But I held firm and now I feel so pleased with myself! I have choccies (Xmas present) in the cupboard but they are going to stay there!

I'm also starting Curves tomorrow, so am feeling a bit more positive. Only 5.5 weeks till holidays and I really don't want to go away feeling fat. Next step: dig out some holiday clothes and try them on for an extra incentive!

Come on ladies... we can do it. :T

p.s. I forgot to WI yesterday morning so will do it tomorrow and post here xo

Wow, well done!!!! :j That's fantastic. What are your tips so far i.e. what is working for you?

I forgot to WI again today (subconscious trying to tell me something?? :rotfl:). I will do it, promise!!

I dug out a lovely pic of me looking happy and slim from about 5 years ago and have put it in my handbag for inspiration anytime I'm tempted. I didn't have time to try on holiday clothes but I will over the weekend.

I am so proud of my resistance last night. I've just had two boiled eggs and a green tea for brekkie and am feeling nice and full. Lunch will be a salad sandwich on Burgen bread. Then I'm going to Curves this evening and can't wait to get exercising again. I have no idea what to have for dinner but I have lots of healthy stuff in the house so will conjure something up.

There's only one fly in the ointment... a huge jar of Nutella in my desk drawer! The MSEer in me would hate to chuck it away, but maybe I should (or at least I should stay well away from it!!). Help me to be strong :o

Here's to a good day for all of us xoxo

    Hi all!

STS after hols; lots of lovely healthy food consumed, probably too much although all good stuff and minimal carbs so got away with the odd few glasses of wine!

Feeling rejeuvenated after lovely sunny break, although straight back to reality today, lots of paperwork and work tonight!

Sending encouragement to everyone, well done on losses and don't be disheartened if it's not happening for you yet!

Bit anxious about posh frock. Need to collect instore tomorrow. Hoping it doesn't come up small for size.....have 16 days to make a difference :p:p!

tara....... Curves is great for toning. Used to go years ago, only prob was it wasn't a teribly convenient location for me. A friend perservered there and drastically changed her body shape from flabby to nicely toned. There's no messing, get on circuit and get it done and dusted in half an hour, no messing or time-wasting etc! Good luck! Suggesting you need to let someone "mind" the Nutella for you!

Bronnie, that's good to know about Curves. I really can't wait to go, I feel like I am itching to burn off some fat! It's near work, so no problem with location.

Glad you have STS, that's really good going. :D I'm glad you feel refreshed too, try to keep that feeling for as long as you can xo

Good luck with the Dress Action Plan, you can do it and so can I! I have 5 weeks from this Friday till hols, the countdown is on! :)
