I can't believe i am only just finding out about this now?!
I have 3 children, 1995, 2003, 2004. I think i could have claimed for the earlier one, which is too late now. Anything i can do?0 -
Hi, I contacted my tax office on monday, The lady I spoke said that I hadnt received the credits so I am eligible to claim them, She told me to send a letter in, which I have done ... Do you think that I will be sent a form to fill in and send back to them prior to them paying me what is owed? If this is the case I might download the form tonight and get it sent straight into the office tomorrow in order to speed things up a little..
As anyone been paid out without having to fill the forms in etc... Just wondering if the letter that was sent is enough.
Many thanks

No. 2001-02 is now out of date.
And it'll be the same for 2002-03 if you don't hurry up and get your claim in.0 -
Hi
I was wondering if anyone knew any more about this. I was living with my partner in 2002-2003 and split up from her and left in 2006. Am I still entitled too the tax CTC. I have got the form and it is asking for my partners national insurance number. Well she is not exactly speaking to me and I am sure if I asked would not give it to me if it meant I was getting anything back. What do I do?
Hope someone can help
Cheers

How long did it take people to get Acknowledgement from the tax office? We posted ours recorderd delivery to our local tax office(don't know if that was right place) on 3rd NOv and haven't heard anything. Do you think we should ring them or just wait?0

I'm a little confused!
When my children were born '92 and '94 I was married to their father.
However, in 2002 I separated from him.
Do I claim as a single parent or do I claim as a married couple, not sure which to do?
ThanksIf this has helped you please don't forget to click Thanks, thankyou.0 -
It's always worth doing that little bit more research, particularly when https://www.tax credits.org.uk can't even spell 'benefits' or 'government' properly!0

In addition, it appears anyone taking up this "offer" is appointing The Entitlements Agency LDT to act as their representative when dealing with HMCE and any future correspondance meant for you will instead be sent to TEA ltd.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
