Am I in the wrong??

I'm going to let eBay decide the outcome tbh. I'm not happy to refund at all. Not on the basis of a buyer making a mistake. How is that fair??COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER0

If you let ebay decide it could take 10-14 days and therefore when you get it back it will be too late to relist for christmas. If you got it back now you would be able to resell it for christmas and probably get more it than after christmas.
Okay the buyer is in the wrong but hte likely hood is that ebay will decide the buyer is to return and your just delaying it.0 -
TBH, (& this will sound really odd now!), i'm not really fussed what it makes if I have to relist it. This is more of a principal thing. I'm not going to just crumble because the buyer wants me to. I still have the faint hope eBay will rule in my favour.COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER0

If I ever sell anything that just may tenuously be mistaken for something else then I go out of my way to explain exactly what I am selling. It is all too easy for a buyer to get a Paypal refund no matter who's fault it is or isn't.0

When you refund a SNAD you have to refund the ENTIRE initial payment.
You cannot decide you want to keep the outward postage.0 -

Faint hope it may be. The truth is, she opens a claim, she sends it back tracked and you have to refund her FULL initial payment. Then, as you resisted the refund, your matrix will suffer, consequently you may not even be able to sell it again, depending upon your volume.
Refund upon receipt and relist. Don't wait for her to force you as you will lose.0 -
OK, sounds harsh but just stop being stubborn and refund now, you will lose the case, no question about that, so you may as well do all you can to protect your feedback status. Holding out just because you are feeling (understandably) bitter will harm no-one but you.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

Read my post again in full - I didnt tell her to not return the original post to post it the buyer, I told her to not refund the return postage cost which she doesnt have to do.0 -
My apologies, i misunderstood as you saidI would just ask for it to be returned at their cost and then refund them less the postage to return.
I took that as, returned at their cost AND refund less the postage. Sorry if I misread. I am fluent in English but it is not my first language.0 -
I have actually won one of these disputes before. I sold an mp3 & didnt send it with the earphones (they were broken) & it was ruled in my favour as I didnt say the earphones were included, the buyer assumed they were.
To be honest, if they stop me selling I dont really care anymore. It's all about the buyer these days anyway. The seller doesnt count. Its not about being stubborn, its about knowing i'm in the right.COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:2 £50 DOMINOS VOUCHERS, 13 PAIRS OF FOOTBALL TICKETS, MICROSOFT HOME EDTN, 2 PAIRS OF ALTON TOWERS TICKETS, 1 CASE OF PERCY PIGS, 1 PAIR OF LEATHER LADIES GLOVES, 4 COLLECTION 2000 PRODUCTS, PLAYSTATION 3 WITH FIFA 12, 5* HOTEL STAY IN LONDON, SEASON 6 OF SUPERNATURAL DVD, PERFECT PIZZA VOUCHER0
