Am I in the wrong??

If disputes go this way too often I think we are going to have some very funny listings.
It will be like the silly things they tell you not to do in instruction leaflets. You wonder why they have put that and then it suddenly dawns on you because somebody has been stupid enough to that exact same thing.0 -
Ebay must have thought the buyer wasn't.
Unless I've misread the situation, ebay don't think the seller is in the wrong either as they have taken it upon themselves to refund the buyer, not take the money from the seller's account.
OP I'd not be worried about taking it further if I were you, ebay hasn't found against you, even though they've found for the buyer. Ebay are a bit funny about counterfeits and selling rights and imo over cautious.
If they do take the money from your account in the end, then I'd be wanting to complain further.0
