    Disagree with those above who state you should offer a refund (what planet do they live on??). Yes, you possibly could have put in the extra information, but seriously, if this buyer can't even tell what the original item should look like, what use would it be? She'd have bid anyway.

    When you bid on ebay and realise you put the wrong amount, you can cancel the bid. You could still do this even if you didn't put the wrong amount (sneaky, but easier than this rigmarole). She had plenty of opportunities to contact you before she paid the money. I wouldn't be suprised if she wants a refund AND to keep the toy.

    Ignore her, and relax :)

    Nothing yet. The lady I spoke to said she'd be dealing with the case & to expect a resolution within 24-48 hours. Well 48 hours is up this afternoon......I keep refreshing the screen lol!

    If the buyer is insiting it is a fake - then shouldnt she be the one gettign proof from Disney heheh (might kick her over the 90 day limit she can claim) hehe
