If your auction stated the size etc of the bear and a clear picture, I don't think it can be argued it was misdescribed. Yes, you could have added that it wasn't the interactive one, but i can understand why from a seller's PoV you wouldn't, as you'd know that it would fetch less.
The only reason it would fetch less is that it would detract people who don't know what they are looking for, and would end up buying the wrong item.
If a seller's strategy is to sell people what they DON'T want then good luck to them.
..and why would a buyer need to know what they are looking for, particularly if they are buying it as a present to someone else who probably does... and when they get it they would probably end up being disappointed...

They look like completely different toys to me so I agree it's the buyer's fault and not yours, OP, BUT, since it was an auction presumably somebody else had bid almost the same amount for it to be pushed up that high so either they too found it misleading or it's a fair price for the toy. How much do they retail for at the Disney Store, has she really paid over the odds for that version?Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)
December £361.54, November £322.28, October £288.52, September £374.30, August £223.95, July £71.45, June £251.22, May£119.33, April £236.24, March £106.74, Feb £40.99, Jan £98.54) Total for 2017 - £2,495.100 -
Fact is, Fleabay has more than its fair share of oddballs and miscreants, you've just been unlucky enough to find one."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

terra, that's kinda what i was getting at.
if iwere in the seller's position, and i knew there was potential for this confusion, i'd have put it in, but wondered if it could have been left out for that reason!? guess it's a possibility - ie. to confuse ppl into buying the cheaper one for what they think is a bargain price for the expensive version?
again, not saying that is what the OP did, but it's a reason for a hypothetical seller to omit that info..perhaps?!0 -
That's a pretty outrageous suggestion.0

You'll have to refund then, but make sure they send it back first. It's up to them to pay return postage, you just have to refund cost of item and original postage costsWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -
I would just ask for it to be returned at their cost and then refund them less the postage to return.
To be honest i think she bought it as a christmas present and bought the wrong. I have seen toy story 3 but am no expert on this toy however i can see from your picture that they are different, however i think your buyer didnt know there were two types and has bought the wrong one. Just get it back and relist it or 2nd chance offer.0
