On the non MSE diet front i lost :j:j:j:j:j:j11lb :j:j:j:j:jthis week which i'm so happy with. I get in pretty horrible circles with my weight and this has really made me smile. I've never lost so much weight at one go. I know this was water weight as my feet, ankles and calves are now pretty much water free, it's amazing how liberating that simple thing is, it has really restricted what i've been able to do in life so opens up more opportunities for me.

Mr LT and i went for a lovely long walk at the sea yesterday ending up in the amusement arcade (Mr LT loves them) and i WON £29!!!!! We used that to treat ourselves to a lovely meal out which was wonderful. I picked wisely but also considered that fact that when i'm buying a special meal out i like to order something i'll really enjoy. I'm back to the diet straight away today and didn't go off it last night when we got home which is what i would have usually done.

I really struggle when Mr LT is doing a 12 hour shift on a sunday, i seem to end up eating my way through the day and i'm determined that it's going to stop.

we've finally got the sun we've been promised, i had doubted it when i first got up so i'm a bit on the drag on the laundry front but i've started the ball rolling now so that's good.

Well done you!!!!! Brilliant weight loss LT :)

WOW! LT, just catching up round the diaries after a few days out of the loop, and what fantastic news to find from you! Absolutely brilliant - if you think of that in terms of FIVE bags of sugar you've been carrying about, then that's just phenomenal! What a fabulous boost to ensure that your motivation stays strong too!
