Maybe you need to ask for more money if you are doing two peoples jobs? Ie officially do it. It might focus their minds on the fact that you are doing 2 peoples work.

I would REALLY not let your health suffer over your job. They don't give a toss about you obviously so you need to take care of you.

    good luck

I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

pay rise? i wish! what's one of those?
I work in the wrong section to get paid any extra for doing an additional person's work, now in other departments that would get me somewhere but not in mine.

i left 'early' tonight as i'm so tired and headachy, hoping for a day without meetings tomorrow so i can get some real work done.

yay it's the weekend! though OH is working this afternoon. So i'm bored - heavens i sound like a teenager.

got two loads of washing dry so far today and a third which has been out a little while. Still got the skirts to return to the shop but i don't want to go into town on my own, plus it seems like a lot of parking money to pay just to return something. May go with OH tomorrow if i can get him to get up in time.
There's something going on at work tomorrow which i may go to if my sister decides to go with her family, it's more for kids so is pretty much wasted on me. If we don't go there i'm going to insist that OH and i go to a National trust place so we can use our membership and not waste it.

Why won't you get paid in the department you work but would in others? That is really pants and needs addressing.

  • Hope you have fun today.

And, the work thing, argh - poor you - keep yourself healthy and don't let them shift too much on you.

Hoover shopping is exciting (?!) well, maybe not that exciting but practical!

hoover shopping is on hold, as is holiday shopping :(
looks like porch will be done this month! was kind of hoping it would be another month, i know we've waited long enough but it would have been good to get another months pay into the mix.

hoping we still get to get a holibob though.

chev, we don't get what others get because we're in the department which monitors the purse strings so they won't spend money.
