A right DUCKing bargain there I'd say! ;) Sorry to hear work is bleurgh - remember, you can only do what you can do, so prioritise the important/urgent stuff and if other stuff needs to be left undone then so be it. Try to take at least one day a week when you make sure you leave on time too, plus another couple when you take a lunchbreak. You ending up ill won't get anything dealt with so remember to look after yourself first and foremost.

work have said i'm allowed two days off for good behaviour, Sat & Sun :)

now i'm thinking i should have bought the other duck so mine didn't get lonely. Wasn't sure if £4 was good though, even though in my mind i thought it was IYKWIM ????

have survived OH's night shift last night. He's back home safely and asleep in bed :) i'm being good and quiet in the living room trying not to wake him up. Tis quiet on these boards today, guess folks are out enjoying their lives.

    happy sunday everyone.
OH is on an early shift today so headed to work for 8am.
I'm having a slow morning so am watching tv to clear off the memory as it's getting pretty low at the moment.
I've got a load of washing on at the moment, then i will do the dishwasher when that's finished. Fingers crossed it stays dry so i can get the washing outside. I also want to tackle some of the bedroom as it's soul destroying whenever i go in there it's so messy.

I keep tormenting myself looking at houses on the internet. Once our porch is sorted (11 days to go) then we could potentially put our place on the market. I'm not sure it would sell though as it's typical first time buyer fayre and there's not many of those around. Potentially we could go for a new house and part exchange the flat. The only other consideration is that i feel we'd get more for our money with an older house than with a new house.

Guess there's no harm in getting an EA in to get a value and doing your homework/enquiring about part ex etc as you'll not know until you do..landlords quite often buy 1st time buyers places as well..I'm sure marketed at the right price you'll manage to sell...sounds exciting anyway.
