    I was in the local Asda yesterday and there were PPC staff guiding drivers in to parking areas. The strange thing is the car park is not operated by a PPC or has any restrictions. I wonder if it is a sign of things to come.

    Are you sure it wasnt just Asda staff in high vis jackets due ot the peak period ?

    But maybe they have been employed by asda for traffic management and are not there for enforcement so there would need to be no signs. Lots of PPC's offer a rnage of services not just Enforcement
