I was in the local Asda yesterday and there were PPC staff guiding drivers in to parking areas. The strange thing is the car park is not operated by a PPC or has any restrictions. I wonder if it is a sign of things to come.0

But maybe they have been employed by asda for traffic management and are not there for enforcement so there would need to be no signs.
