I ordered one and have received the emails hope it goes well.
I did have a further look at some other things there and I think we might just all end up with an expensive with a dvd player.

Hi there this is my first post. I have ordered one of these tv's (@ £77 obviously a misprice) but if you have recieved a conformation aren't they obliged to send the goods to you

No - If they have taken the money then they may be although some will just refund. Check the t&c's of the site;)

No, because no contract has been formed at that point - a confirmation email doesn't = a contract

(unless they have already debited the money from your CC)

No - their terms and conditions state that the order is only accepted once the goods are despatched.

as it says delivery within 3 weeks couldnt this be argued as its dispatched, therefore fullfiling the t@c thing

Well thank you,I managed to place an order, got a confirmation and an e mail, they look like a big retailer so fingers crossed that the packing operatives are not co habiting with the loverly people in accounts !!
