This is some of the corespondence I have received today, talk about not knowing what the other hand is doing! Note the part where they say the system is 24 hours behind, then how could everyones radios have already been sent? Still waiting for a reply to the last one!
Thank you for your reply. So am I right in saying the order for the radio which was never ordered in the first place has been cancelled and the order as stated in my confirmation email For the tv quoted as being in stock @ £77 is still on order?

As the code used for the TV was actually for the radio and was a error on our web page no TV has been ordered, No money has been taken for this order.

I'm with you! So the plan is to sit tight and not contact them until the radio has arrived? I haven't communicated with them at all yet and the last mail I received was that the radio would possibly be sent....0 -
Thats right.
If the radio is delivered then a contract has been made as in their t & c.
Only thing is they supplied the wrong product...so you start the process of obtaining your loss of bargain tv that they do have in stock.....and so the story continues....
LIE LOW PEOPLE BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR THE KILL...
Im very confident in getting this tv because they are messing up big time and making more mistakes every minute0 -
can someone urgently email me the images from the TV webpage
they should be in the format
V9323aKA03.jpg or something like that
(the bush dab radio is V1429aKA03.jpg for example
if someone could send me the cache for the whole webpage that would be useful to everyone in the forum

well I will wait for the radio to appear... My dad who also ordered one has emailed them saying he believes a contract has formed already and has yet to hear from them - will let you know the results of that....0
