i've had an email saying i'll get a bush radio!

interesting :-)

anyone know how long the part number for the bush radio has existed?

IF its a brand new number (i.e. only created in the last couple of days) then its a clear cop-out,

its worth checking to see if the radio ever had a different part number!

could be on to a winner here

hmm so how do we respond to this email then... Are the allowed to send you the radio after confirming that you have ordered and paid for a TV?

I have two e-mails confirming, and stating my order of a 28in phillips tv, and now i got an e-mail saying i "MAY" receive a dab radio :-)

Sounds like it something they gonna do to everyone,
Why-we all wanted a tv, if we had wanted a radio, we would have ordered a radio. Dont know where we go from here either :-/

If they send the radio I would say that constituted unsolicited goods,I am guessing that the error was only on the web page and despatch have already sent some/all of the radios out

exactly - irrelavent of their website mistake, our orders have been confirmed for the 28" tv with dvd player. they were confrimed as ordered too... they cannot just supply a radio instead...

if money was taken before they contacted us then what happens.. although I think that doesnt matter... if the tv is not available they should not be sending a radio through... the order should be cancelled.

And as I pointed out following my "radio" order, surely no company is that efficient that an order is sent immeadiatly and they are wasting our time and theirs sending something we didn`t order in the first place. Its their mistake and if they have taken the money it should be refunded straight away and the radio cancelled.

Intersting to note that although their e-mail says the item No and price referred to the radio the price on the my account section had changed to ::

not the £77 quoted for the TV ... something smells fishy.

I ordered the television.

I will wait until I receive the radio and then fight it. Once the item has been sent a contract will be formed which makes it much easier.

They have screwed up big time and trying to cover up.

Maybe just lie low and wait for the kill......

Had the email that everyone else has had re Bush Radio which states 'IF you reecive one' the company obviously have not got a clue on who has had a radio despatched already - have contacted company because do not want the inconvenience of sending back and to quote them 'We are attempting to cancel any undespatched orders, however
if yours has already been sent, you can simply refuse delivery when our carriers call.

I am annoyed because i do not feel they can sent out goods i have not ordered.
Any thoughts.
