Hi, EDF £80 tracked on 08/11/2010 - Electric moved from Atantic to EDF on 06/12 & Gas on 16/12. Any idea how long it takes for the Quidco cashback to be validated?

I applied in late November, by mid December before I went on holiday hadn't received ANY confirmation letter. On return after Christmas I had a letter (dated 29th November) with my details asking me to contact them if anything was wrong. Today I received a letter dated the 21st December cancelling the agreement because I've allegedly not provided some information. When I checked the Quidco it was rejected on the 25th December

So they cancelled the agreement 4 weeks after I filled in the original form - but they said it could 4-8 weeks to set up the contract in the confirmation email.

    Anyone in a similar situation?

It's the fault of my current supplier apparently who are so beastly that they didn't tell EDF my meter details - which is why they cancelled the contract 4 weeks after I asked to change. Why am I not convinced by this argument? They've offered to reinstate the contract plus the Welcome bonus and the Quidco.

And I've just received a letter from EDF - dated 1st December asking for the meter details & readings.

    Hi
I'm still having "issues" with this not showing as tracked. I've just raised a ticket over at Quidco but how likely am I to get it sorted? I only have my account number on my "welcome" letter but that's 12 numbers, whereabouts is this 8 numbers one found?

    Thanks
    Jackie
