My Topcashback tracked very quickly.... but twice *sighs*

Hope everyone gets their Quidco problems sorted out.

Mine tracked OK with Quidco but a friend's did not. He queried it with Quidco and eventually they conceded there was a problem when people applied through the 'Get offer' instead of the 'Get Cashback' link button. I imagine this has been the case for a lot of regular Quidco users who know how the system works yet it still didn't track for EDF. Maybe try raising this issue with Quidco.

ah yes i did use the " get offer" way !! !!!

I really wish I hadn't used Quidco and used another site instead. They have put my query to EDF today, which is later than they said they would and will let me know the result in another 80 days time. That's ludicrous. So goodbye Quidco.

Well that explains a lot :mad:

This was my one and only non tracker transaction all year at Quidco and also happened to be the one that was worth the most. :mad:

It's annoying it will take another 3 months to get sorted.

My EDF also went from 80 to 0 today, bloody pain!
TCB said it been declined, need to raise a ticket.

I can confirm that it tracked a-ok with topcashback. £80.80 in cashback on 29th November. Its tracked pending approval which is the way usually goes.
