The hours thing like a few other things is very confused.
I was originally told by my regional organiser that all EDs were calculated at so many hours and that you get paid for those hours regardless of how quick you can do them but i soon found out that it was wrong when i completed supposedly 42 hours of work in 33 hours but only got paid for the 33 hours i honestly entered on my time sheet.

It has been an interesting few weeks and now we are on the home straight.
My co-ordinator is asking us to revisit all the "posted" addresses still outstanding to encourage them to complete a replacement questionnaire. Is this the norm elswhere?
We have then been advised to only start completing dummy forms from 3rd May.0 -
What do you mean we should get two days or so pay?
We don't get payed any extra for bank holidays.
sorry i meant holiday pay. According to business link we should get 17.1 hours holiday pay for working a 37 hour week: http://online.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/logicToolPayloadPage?itemId=1079427397&page=1&r.i=1079427397&r.l1=1073858787&r.l2=1084822788&r.l3=1084822795&r.l4=1079427399&r.t=BLTTOOL&type=BLTTOOL

That's what I thought too, not two days, but a week. I think there's some sort of final bonus too, depending on whether we give our stuff back to our co-ordinators. Woo-hoo!! :money::money::money:0 -
Holiday pay is calculated at the "rolled up" rate of 12.07%
So for each hour worked you will get 12.07% holiday pay.
Example: Hourly rate = £7.41 (or whatever yours is, I know they vary)
Holiday pay = £0.84 per hour (ie 12.07% of 7.41)
Worked 69 hours over the employment period so £0.84 x 69 = £57.96 (for a 15 hour per week contract - you can work it out for yours).
It really doesn't matter when you do the hours, there's nothing to be gained by "bunching up" hours (unless you want to). Because of the nature of this job (casual, short term), it's not really that helpful to talk about holiday in terms of weeks.
Don't forget there is also the payment for returning all your stuff too!Barclaycard 0% - [STRIKE]£1688.37 [/STRIKE] Paid off 10.06.120 -
