Nothing in the pot for me yesterday or today unfortunately - I do have 13p in coppers in my purse but my big 2p money box (literally a giant ceramic 2p that I've had since v small) which I usually use to save coppers in alongside my Terramundi for silvers, is packed away somewhere in all my boxes, so I've been spending my coppers! I may try and dig it out later!

Hope you are all having a lovely BH Monday - VERY grey and drizzly and miserable here - perfect day for staying and doing chores for me! :rotfl:

Hello everyone

Just about caught up with all the posts. Apologies I haven't posted for the past couple of days. Have emptied my purse and fed Rosie £2.14 for Saturday and yesterday. Fat club tonight so will have another pot later and will see what the scales will have to say.

Sorry to hear you have not had such a good week Cazzie, hope things pick up for you this week

Blue-eyed-girl I will take a look see over there, need all the help I can get to push on to reaching goal by Sept. Thanks for the support hun.

Its a miserable day out there for my first day off glad of the rest from work though not back till Friday.

I'm a border-line pauper and don't really earn enough to save. I just throw the occasional coppers into my savings tin. I already have a full tin sitting there and have started on a 2nd :T. I'll be paying what little savings i have into my newly opened ISA account :money:.

Well I deliberately got a sealed metal pot that I'd need a tin opener to get into for this. This weekend, I filled it! So I bought a bigger pot of the same type, and opened the little one to see how I was doing.

£75 so far! That's not bad for spare change :-) Add to that the £110 store credit I got for trading in my old games, and this has been quite the productive weekend!

Evening all!

Hope you all enjoyed the Bank Holiday weekend - I am currently sprawled on the sofa after running the London 10K today, definitely not a relaxing long weekend for me! But all in a good cause, or so I had to keep telling myself...! And do you know the worst thing!? I pounded the streets of London for miles and found not a single penny of roadkill! (Although I must admit, my vision became somewhat blurred after about 2.5K, and by the end, I could barely remember my own name, so I may not have been at my roadkill-spotting best!

Welcome to all the newbies - hope you have more luck in your quests for roadkill than I do! x

Hi there Hotspur.. I am sure Sue wont mind and all Spurs fans are most welcome as far as I am concerned. I am a Man U fan but dont tell Sparky:rotfl::rotfl:
