    Evening all!

Hope you all enjoyed the Bank Holiday weekend - I am currently sprawled on the sofa after running the London 10K today, definitely not a relaxing long weekend for me! But all in a good cause, or so I had to keep telling myself...! And do you know the worst thing!? I pounded the streets of London for miles and found not a single penny of roadkill! (Although I must admit, my vision became somewhat blurred after about 2.5K, and by the end, I could barely remember my own name, so I may not have been at my roadkill-spotting best!

Welcome to all the newbies - hope you have more luck in your quests for roadkill than I do! x :)

    Hi Cazzie

Well deserved rest for you then. A huge well done to you for completing the 10k I am sure your cause will appreciate what you have done for them.:T:Tx

It'd be a pleasure to have you with us, hotspur_pam. A warm welcome aboard and to MSE and have fun saving. :D You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 3 of page 1. Please read through the 1st post as it'll let you know exactly how the challenge works. NB. Please pop your number on your sig, it helps so very much. NB. Pots are emptied on 1st December 2011, thank you.

We've plenty of room for border-line paupers, hotspur_pam, stick with us and get the will to save and you'll soon ride yourself of your pauper status....and No, of course I don't mind you having put that you're a member of the SPC on your sig, honoured in fact!

Good to see you ladsmadd, sorry to hear you've not been doing to well, just keep right on saving as and when you can. Plenty of time left to pick up, all the best with ebay and a sensibly priced hen night!

Lovely to see you scuba, hope all is well.
Just had a little tot up in my SP and after adding June's £20 contribution it now stands at £120! Who would have thought I could
    A)stick to saving
B)not dip into it and spend it
    C)believe I can do it!

It's working and I'm halfway there!

Such amazing news, fedupandskint, such pride in all you've achieved too and it's terrific to hear. Your post is a delight to see, VERY well done!!! :T

Hi timbstoke and very well done with your savings! Could you kindly add your SPC No to your siggy for me please, thanks a lot.:)

Many congratulations on your run, Cazzie! :T:T That is wonderful news, I hope you're really proud of yourself, your cause will thank you for sure. You certainly deserve to lounge about after that, great for the endorphins too. See, sparky definitely didn't go to Greece - the blighter was just yards in front of you!!! :rotfl:

No cash for me, DH and I had a relaxing day with a lovely walk this afternoon.

    Sue x

    Evening everyone

Well went to fat club and stayed the same this week better than gain though. But I gained in other ways, paid £3.85 for helping out this week so fed that to Rosie and changed x 2 £ coins for a single golden one for the hols pot. So not a bad weigh day after all.:D

Hope everyone has enjoyed the BH even if it has been raining :(

Have a good day tomorrow and happy potting ;)

Hey Sue, things are well here - Mr S is driving me nuts having been off work for a week, but still plodding along reducing the credit card debt and slowly sorting the flat out...not that it'll look like a home until most likely just before the lease is up next year, lol.

Bit of a bad morning for me... up bright and early to cram for some last minute revision and realise I've left my purse in OH's car resulting in raiding the pot for change for the uni car park. Can't believe we have to pay for the car park when we have an exam! Sheesh.

But I will try to make up for my stealing ways by putting extra pennies when I get my purse back and hopefully charm some off OH too :)
