I still never even received an email saying they cancelled my order, let alone an e voucher!!
No buying un-necessary toiletries challenge - Start total: 235. Current total: 273!!0 -

Tesco order last Thursday (understandably) cancelled - got a text to say it had been cancelled but no apology and no e-voucher.
Placed an order with Asda for Tues - cancelled - got a text and an e-mail with free delivery voucher, and also rearranged the Tesco order for 9am today - not arrived but assume it has been cancelled, though no text, phone call, e-mail nor voucher!
Think I will be switching to Asda!0 -
I ordered 4 cases of wine from Tesco for delivery on Monday (using a combination of offers and vouchers I got all 4 for less than £20). Two arrived on Monday, one on Tuesday and the final one yesterday.
I then got an email from Tesco giving me a £5 refund due to delivery delays caused by the bad weather - so in the end I got 4 cases for less than £15. Bargain!0 -
I e-mailed Tesco yesterday saying I was unhappy with the service and that my order was being pushed back almost 2 weeks from when it was originally meant to get here. I got a response today with the usual apologies and excuses about the weather and driver safety. Anyway, got a £10 e-coupon from them.
The snow is disappearing around here now anyway so will probably get to the shop in the next couple of days. Still going to keep my delivery slot for this coming Thursday in case there's stuff I can't get in store.0 -
In my experience Tesco's are more reliable about turning up on time than Sainsbury's but whenever Sainsbury's have been late they've given me a £10 voucher off my next online order. I'd rather they were a few mins late so I get the money off!0

My asda delivery was due tonight between 8-10pm, I left it a while before I rang, now they are closed!
I haven't had a phonecall or text, nothing!
Our Sunday dinner was in that delivery, grrrr!0 -
