I jsut dont think I can allow this to go on any longer.

We simply HAVE to move out this week, we havent even booked our car for Xmas yet- we really do find ourselves right up against it. Im dreading us losing our rented place, and the rented deposit.

All of you pros might know about this!
To cut it short, buyers pulled out 17 Nov. We reagreed the sale of our house Nov 24th. Survey done Dec 5th. Mortgage offer being issued to buyer today or tomorrow. Buyers' sols have received the title deeds. So what now? we were on the verge of signing when buyers pulled out so all the paperwork was done. Might we (gasp!) actually move on Jan 15th, the original completion date? Any suggestions of how I can push this?

i've been following everyones posts with interest - We exchanged on friday and move this friday, managed to get a removal company and now frantically packing. my solictor says that the last day to complete is the 20th, they are in the office till the 22nd but only to sort any last minute hitches that didn't happen for those people who didn't move on the 20th. Then the whole legal system seems to close down for 2 weeks - so we have to move on the 15th!!

    good luck eveyone

Our sols finish on the thurday for a fortnight or so Lyz so I am guessing fairly universal.

Suprise, suprise we didnt exchange today and we wont be completing thursday. havent a clue why, past caring anymore. Seriously thinking of just staying here and spending the 15k the move is costing us on making this place all singing all dancing.

Better luck for tomorrow Lynz, I am waork and will be nursing a hangover and ignoring the problem.
