Good luck everyone!! We are also hoping to move on 1st December. It's a bit different as we are selling our Hotel that we own with my Mum. My Husband and I (and 2 kids) are buying (hopefully) a shop and my Mum is looking to buy a house. It's all pretty quiet at the moment apart from my negotiations with the two lenders (playing them off against each other
:A ) - it's amazing how they can suddenly drop another 1/2 percent - why not offer me that in the first place???
Anyway, it's all a bit stressful this close to Christmas but hopefully it will all go ok!0 -

I wondered this too DKNY and called my sols as didn't want to hold things up but sacred putting name on dotted line before ready. You can sign them and send back but until they are EXCHANGED you can pull out. In fact, we signed the contract before ANY searches back!!0
