  • Hello everyone!

    Don't go Csarina...

Well I've done the ironing and the beef is in the oven. DH and DS have been sorting out the loft and we will be having a skip on the drive soon for all the rubbish. I am about to make an apple crumble for pud.

Hope it doesn't snow here overnight.

Take care and keep warm everyone.

Don't go - let them sort things out for you.

Snowing here this afternoon, also yesterday and very icy.

Made pork joint with turnip and potato mashed together, sprouts, carrots and gravy. had a ready made lasagne for anyone not fancying roast dinner.

Dds hated the RM lasagne and say they prefer my own - not sure whether to be flattered or confused.

Need to phone furniture place tomorrow as sofa bed which delivery men assured me would fit - and did fit according to them when they delivered it about ten days ago- has just been tried out - and does not fit!!!!

Went shopping for milk. eggs and bread yesterday so stayed home today.

    Hugs to all

I will no longer be posting on MSE following the mods removing a post whithout contacting me to explain why. I would ask anyone who has a photograph of me to delete it from their cameras and or albums.

Don't got csarina. What was your post about? Unfortunately they don't give an explanation. Was it containing a link or anything?
Why not contact Penny and see if she can shed any light on the subject.
I've had a post removed before (I assume people whinged to abuse - wasn't even that bad) so please don't that deter you. I know you've had issues logging on but I for one would miss pics of your lovely sewing :(

Oh Csarina please don't go, hopefully things can be sorted out, would just worry about you and OH.

Evening Folks, darned chilly here with about 4inches of snow, it was drifting quite badly earlier but seems to be easing now. Every now and again the snow slides off the high roof and it sounds like thunder! It looks pretty but I don't need to go out. The roads around here either haven't been gritted or not gritted enough and the main road north runs very near - at least it's quiet. Hope it is sorted by tomorrow when I go to work.

Taking the big car for its MOT tomorrow. Came back from shopping yesterday to find the other car had gone from the drive, just presumed that the garage had taken it to try to get the wheel off, think I had better check tomorrow in case anyone else has taken a car with a puncture and flat battery!!

Glad you enjoyed the Edinburgh meet yesterday, couldn't manage myself but hope you had a good time and Marie has got home.

Love the kitten Bitsy, looks like christmas could be fun in your house!

Hope you all manage to keep warm and stay safe. Take care. XX

    Hi All,

It's only a bargain if you were going to buy it anyway!
  • Csarina please don't be hasty, I have explained my view of things over on the thread concerned, I think its just a case of misunderstanding, it difficult to explain yourself in the written word sometimes, and taken out of context or without knowing the whole picture sometimes things aren't black and white.

    Afternoon all

Sorry I have been MIA but my internet has been down and although it was repaired the other nght I have been so busy I just haven't had time to catch up with everything and post.

Csarina - I too would miss your posts - I am sure this is probably a misunderstanding and could be sorted out.

Glad to hear the Edinburgh meet was a enjoyed by all. I really enjoyed our mini meet during the week in Leeds, when I met Donny and Jayward! Looking forward to another meet in the near future!

Weather here is like everywhere else, freezing and snowing at the moment. Roads will be awful tomorrow, I am not even going to attempt to drive and will walk to work, luckily I live very near where I work.

Today has been busy, 3 loads of washing done, some dried already, other on airers etc. Roast pork, roast pots, mash, swede and carrot mashed and cauliflower cheese for dinner with yorkshire puds was lovely!

I have been busy sorting out the freezers - I have a half and half fridge freezer and a small upright freezer too, so have been sorting out the things I want to use up in the next couple of weeks so I can stock up for christmas etc. I have also completed another scarf, which I have just wrapped. All cards written and relevant ones stamped ready for posting and all presents now wrapped. I only have 3 small ones left to get then I am ready to start on the food, drink and decoration side of things. I always try to get present buying done by the end of November before I start with the rest in December.

Sorry can't remember who else I meant to mention, so will have to reread as my mind has gone a blank.

    Have a good evening all

    x

ETA Bitsy - Mia is absolutely gorgeous!!!

Just thought you might like to see a pic of my tea

    http://s214.photobucket.com/albums/cc289/lazidazi/tea/

Was a new pepper pot, next time I will check that the top is screwed on properly before I turn it upside down :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Apart from that, not been a bad day, got a few cards done, went into town and got a couple of bits.

OH has just gone out to take DSD home, the rest of the evening is ours....well till 9 as he needs to go bed early as he is getting up at stupid o'clock for work tomorrow.

I only have 3 days work this week then I am off till the next tuesday :D
