Well done, Sugar, I'm sure I wasnt the only person on here thinking of you and willing you on! As far as the money goes, it's 'only' money - your peace of mind is more valuable than anything!
Enjoy a quiet night in with your lovely dog... ((hugs))0 -

I am SO glad you have got rid of your lodger finally Sugar, really pleased for you. Try not to feel guilty or worried...he is out now so you should feel far safer than him being in the house.
Just as an afterthought, have you thought of joining any support groups? You could join one and make new friends and build a circle of support around you, should you be in such a predicament (God forbid) again?
I know you're worried about facing the lodger again, should he return or demand his stuff etc, and if you have made some friends in the meantime it would do wonders having a few people on your side that you can trust?
Good luck and all the best with a happier time without this troubled man.
