I redeemed my voucher 2nd dec, and am still waitingfor my xbox! No sign of xbox yet. Spoken to orange several times, last yesterday, was told they're escalating my case and will hear from them soon. If anyone has been successful and can offer some advice/helpful tips pls email me. Thanks in advace.0

i bought the groupon coupon on 29 November, redeemed it with Orange on 4th december. still no xbox. i have been twice promised that it has been dispatched.
i am currently on the phone to them, being passed around various departments, getting nowhere fast. i can echo the sentiments of everyone above; terrible service, which reflects badly on groupon and orange.0 -
Well, after a couple of weeks of non stop calls to Orange during which I was passed to every single team in Orange and a few 3rd party companies, I threatened Orange with legal action
1. The terms of the offer meant it came under the Distance Selling regulations so they had to send the xbox within 30 days of the £10 payment to Groupon
2. I requested a Deadlock Letter see cisas. org . uk/ as I was getting nowhere - (it costs Orange hundreds of pounds for each case raised with CISAS)
I was called back by someone in the Litigation team of a 3rd party company within 2 hrs. This guy was excellent - we had a decent conversation and he offered to be my go-between despite the fact this was nothing to do with his area/team. I have promised not to name him or give out his direct line number.
My xbox (plus another item sent as a gesture of goodwill) arrived today.
The litigation guy has previously taken the matter up with a very senior person in Orange who is meant to call me by a specific date which is rapidy approaching but I have heard nothing as yet - no surprises there then - Orange 'customer service' is shockingly bad - they really dont have a clue!!!
So, hopefully the following will be of use to help others
Groupon issue nothing other than the voucher
Orange need to email/contact a 3rd party company (20 20 mobile) and instruct them to issue the xbox ( 2020mobile.com/and the helpline number for 20 20 is 0844 412 0992 - this helpline closes at 6pm daily)
I hope everyone else gets their xbox sooner rather than later.0
