i just got an email from my parents this morning to say they got the xbox today. i registered them with orange about beginning of feb/end of january

I signed up on the first/second day the voucher went live, (1st Dec) and I've still not had my X-Box.

I will be cancelling my subscription if I have not received it by Friday.

I emailed Orange twice last week telling them this and have not had any response!!

well, i have not confirmed it yet. just tried to call my parents but no one was home. dont think my mom was joking tho but she did call me yesterday to ask where the xbox was and i told her it's 2 months from activation so i told her to wait till maybe april. but she sent me an email this morning to say they have received it. i shall let you guys know when i have confirmed it.
i think i signed up my parents on the 19th of january because that's when my parents came to visit me and i called Orange then to set them up.

just to let you guys know i have received my xbox

it can on the 18th February and so was 4 days late

The courier it came with is City Link and there was no contact from Orange

I have emailed Orange a complaint regarding the situation, for which they said they would reply in 48 hours and guess what still no response.

Hi,

Has everyone got there Xbox now? As I signed up on the 2nd December and still yet to get mine .

I think the problem with my order is that it went to the wrong address but this is not my fault and they are waiting for it to be returned.

I have sent emails to Orange customer service with my complaint but they have not responded. I have tried ringing but still no luck.

Has anyone got any advice?

Did anyone get a tracking number when it was sent?

Please help its been 4 months now

I signed up on 1st December and was told on Monday that it had been sent on Thursday.

After a lot of hassle, I found out the X-Boxes are sent out by a company called the Optima Group, I think you can ring them direct on 0800 953 5790, or ring Orange and explain to them that they are sent out by that company and get them to contact them for you.

No-one has any idea what is going on there. I eventually spoke to cancellations as I cancelled my direct debit and they were the only ones I got some useful information out of.

My X-Box is supposed to be here by the end of the week to fingers crossed.

Nope, mine was apparently sent 2 weeks ago (Thurs 24th). Rang on Friday they said it takes 2 weeks to come. If its not here tomorrow I will be cancelling my account - it's been over 3 months now since I signed up, absolutely terrible service.
