    I am posting as a representative from Orange. At present, we have attempted to send out Xboxes to all customers who have signed up within the past two months.

    If you have signed up at least 2 months ago and not received an Xbox, please call this number: 01482 489699 where a dedicated team will be able to handle your query. It may be that there was a problem with delivery.

    Please have your home telephone number to hand when you are calling so that our agents can identify you as soon as possible.

    Spoke to Orange today on this number and was told my details given that my name was on a list and my xbox was dispatched by orange on Friday:) just got to give them 5 days.

    Althought they didn't know the courier details :(

  • still no xbox as of yet :( anybody else had theres delivered ??
  • I redeemed my voucher on 30/11/10, broadband was activated 10/12/10 (2 months today).

    Just range Orange on the number on the Groupon voucher. Said they had a database of what had been sent out and would have to speak to manager. Came back after a few mins saying my Xbox should be sent out next week.

    The T&Cs on the voucher say the xbox will be sent out within 2 months of redeeming the voucher. Surely they have not met their side of the deal and we're entitled to a refund of the money paid for the voucher (whillst still getting our Xbox of course ;) )

    still no xbox, apparently orange have a list of who has been sent and who hasnt.

    And have been advised that on the last batch from groupon there was 44 short ! looks like mine is on the short list :(

    What happens if the xbox comes after the 60 days as per the terms and conditions, my 60 days is up on Monday.

    Can we complain and get compensation ??

    It would be good to hear from orange and groupon rep regarding this.
  • I emailed Groupon about getting a refund for the £10 voucher seeing as the 2 months had passed. Here is the response I got:

    Unfortunately I am unable to refund you as you have redeemed your voucher and intend on using both the service and the xbox.
    We were informed by Orange that the Xbox would be distributed within 2 months and this is why it was put in the deal. It was Orange's responsibility to ensure that this should happen as Groupon did not have any say in this distribution.
    I'm sorry if you feel mislead but unfortunately I am unable to refund you.
    Should you have any further concerns please let me know.

    have you complained to orange ? i shall be writing orange a letter to complain about the phone calls and lack of information and misunderstanding, and about the delay in the delivery.

    well all the calls in made to orange, they informed me that orange was waiting for the xbox's to come from groupon !! so whose fault was it ??
  • Still no xbox, am currently emailing orange a complaint !

    Last phone call to Orange said they are still waiting xboxes from orange and i should get mine within 20 days !!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
