My order, now bear with me on this one folks.
I ordered 14 items, one was refunded as it was not available.
I got the postage refunded as the order was so late.
I got one pan instead of two, they then sent two (total of 3 now) and refunded me for 2.
Confused yet????
I returned two items.
The other stuff was fine.
I got £30 credit for the bad service.
Will I order with them again, dam right I will, I almost got this stuff for nothing, the delivery was rubbish so I would never order anything I was in a hurry for or reliant on. The customer service staff I spoke to on about 5 occasions were the best ever, so polite it was a pleasure to chat to them.
All in not a bad experiance.Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -
I received my order in the New Year but the wooden train table was damaged in transit, my husband called and they were extremely helpful, they checked to see if they had any left in the warehouse but by this time there were none left so they told him to keep the table and they would refund us including the delivery cost. Great customer service and very friendly to deal with. I would definately order from them again but would not expect to receive items too quickly but I must admitt we were warned right at the start of the post that they are not quick and so that is the chance we all took.0

got 2 items sent to me mid december as i phoned up to ask about one of them (armani handbag which was showing as available now when i ordered)
then made loads of calls in the week run up to christmas chasing my order & was eventually told christmas eve morning that i wouldn't get my order until after christmas. 6.55pm christmas eve i had a same day delivery driver turn up at my door with the almost all the rest of my order minus 4 items which they cancelled after christmas & was refunded for all of those plus the cancelled items.
8th jan they sent most of the stuff i received christmas eve again :eek:spoke to the ceo early january who was very apologetic & said he was going to try to find replacements for 2 of my cancelled items for free which they now have sent me
plus got £50 voucher on my account :T
total spend after refund = £139.50 for the 2 items i received back mid december for about £1000 of stuff which would have been about £500 with the 50% discount code :j:beer: Happy Bargain Hunting!! :beer:0 -
I must admit their delivery before xmas was very slow when we all did the 50% off. However i ordered a coat for my son not long after xmas and i received it 2 days later!0

I ordered 3 items on the 27th of December I've only just got them today, one was a glass cake stand which is smashed to smitherines I'm not happy.

I can't believe people are still having problems with their pre Xmas orders. I would definitely go on Facebook and ask someone to contact you. If you keep kicking up a fuss I'm sure you will get it sorted as I did.0

Can anyone help please??? I asked my OH to return an item at the begining of December for me, which he did send from his work. After waiting for weeks and weeks BrandAlley said they can't trace my parcel and asking for a proof of posting. Unfortunately as it was sent from work there was no way of getting a proof
(( I never had this problem before as all my previous returns arrived back without any problems.... I am so upset by it

Does anyone have a soft copy of a proof of posting at the begining of December they can share with me??? Or any other suggestions on how I can get my money back???
