BrandAlley shoppers?

what a load of rubbish!!!!! apparently parcelforce didn't send enough vans to pick up all the orders that are ready for dispatched so now they won't be picking them up until next wednesday!!!! it's my hubby's birthday on tuesday so i was at least hoping to get his stuff by then :mad::mad:

very disappointed. no delivery yet despite the "guaranteed mail before christmas". load of lies from the customer support team. ordered in nov. received dispatch on 16th dec with parcelforce tracking which turned out to be invalid. called brandalley to find out it was still in warehouse. promised dispatch immediately. calls again on 21st, 22nd. same story. now they tell me it was lost in transit and it was dispatched on 16th. tried to tell me that this was not what was told but kept hearing the same. they could have atleast been truthful. add to it 30 mins+ waiting for the line. very bad way to deal with customers. i now want to cancel it and get the refund. wonder wehther they will do it promptly and without further misery.

just spoke to the brandalley team. they started off stating the old story that my order was dispatched but got lost and they were sending a new one one out. i told them i did not want it and to give me a refund instead. their response was that no they could not do it as it had gone and told me to wait for the form and then send it. but i insisted that it was no point getting the gifts now and wanted a full refund. then the story changed and they said i would be refunded. my question is...how was it possible to now offer this if the order has actually gone out? i now realise they were never truthful to begin with. i just hope they don't delay on the refunds.

Unless they were delivered today, you'd have no hope. Monday and Tuesday are Bank Holidays in lieu of Christmas and Boxing day being on a w/end. That's why they won't be picking them up until Wednesday.

All couriers will be the same you may get local deliveries from self emplyed drivers, like NETX/My hermes.

i knew monday was a bank holidsy but didn't know tuesday was too?

Yeah in lieu of Boxing Day falling on a Sunday.

i cant beleive the nerve of this company, ordered on the 25th nov, would be delivered between 3rd-22nd dec, then an email guaranteeing delivery by xmas, spoke to 2 customer service reps who said the same thing wednesday and on thursday , then today told it wont be with me until january. an absolute disgrace, and a derisory offer of £20 to spend as compensation. the duty manager phoned me up to say sorry, so I'll wrap that up and give it as presents shall i? :mad: argggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh

well i got a bit of a shock :eek: half an hour ago i had an express courier who had driven from nottingham to me to deliver my order!!! just checked my email to see if they sent me an email about it & had an order refund email from them????? one of the presents for my hubby wasn't in the box even though it said it was on the invoice & 3 items not on the invoice or in the box when they told me many times they were only waiting for one item so i now don't know what is happening with the rest of my order but at least they delivered something!! :T

I'm in shock - mine also turned up - minus some aftershave and with rather expensive jewellery in clear bags, but at least most of it came.

have they cancelled the items that haven't arrived on your account? i've checked mine & they have i really wanted them even if they did arrive after christmas!
